By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By using our platform you may submit to us information including but not limited to: your name, email address, phone number, business information, user preferences and other information.

We collect this information to provide our service, communicate with you, and conduct research and analysis to improve or market our products and services.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third-party advertisers or external entities for their marketing or commercial purposes.

User Rights:

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can unsubscribe to stop receiving marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

MY INSIDER ® employs robust security measures to protect user data, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies. We regularly monitor and update our security measures to mitigate potential risks. Users acknowledge that the use of the internet and any online service inherently involves certain risks, including the potential for security breaches. While we take all reasonable steps to protect user data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically.

Participarting Businesses & Advertisers

You grant MY INSIDER ® a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display and otherwise use your original content (images, videos, trademarks) for the purpose of providing, improving or marketing our Service. The Service is available to businesses legally operating within Trinidad and Tobago. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to do so and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.</s

Advertiser Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the original content, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MY INSIDER ® and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) any third-party claims arising from the use of your content; and (iv) any infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties by your content. 

Integrations & Third-Party Services:

MY INSIDER ® may utilize Artificial Intelligence (A.I) and other third-party technology platforms to enhance our platforms functionality. We are not responsible for the actions, privacy policies, or terms of service of any third-party services. Users acknowledge and agree that A.I – generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.

Business Membership & Subscription

This Service operates on an annual subscription basis with a 12-month membership term. Payment for the annual subscription is due in advance of the service commencement. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of service. If the outstanding balances remain unpaid 30 days after the billing due date, your account may be terminated.

Content Removal & Account Termination

You may request the removal of content by submitting a request via email or by using the dedicated content removal request form available on our website. You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to accounts@myinsiderlife.com. MY INSIDER ® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity. Account termination may result in the deletion of your account and all associated data.

Disclaimers / No Guarantees of Results 

MY INSIDER ® does not guarantee any specific result from using the Service, such as increased followers, website traffic, sales or brand awareness. The success of your advertising and the use of our service will depend on various factors, including the quality of your content and the competitive landscape.

Service Limitations and Modifications

MY INSIDER ® strives to maintain the Service’s availability, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
